Some of our best work
We are proud of what we accomplish, and we have a few stories to tell about our greatest successes.
Overview
In April of 2022, we were engaged by the Netsweeper team to see if we would be a good fit to work with them to develop a new product called OnGuard. This monitoring platform would help educational staff monitor their students school-provided computers, for content that could help alert them to issues with their students.

Our team of lead developers, a product manager and a designer sat down with Netsweepers stakeholders and conducted a number of scoping and fact-finding meetings. Once we gained understanding of their customers, tech stack and vision, we were able to provide them with next steps which involved a number of design exercises, while the tech architecture was developed.

Story Mapping & User Flows
These exercises help our teams build a shared understanding of what we were delivering for the MVP of the product. It also helped build a backlog of features that would be prioritized for subsequent releases. Once the MVP features were locked, we moved on to building out user-flows for the most important features in the application. This gave everyone a blueprint to work from for how users would interact with the application, before a single thought was put to how it would look.
